Suspension – Termination – Ending Use of PH Website: 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of PH Website and/or your account where, in our absolute discretion, we deem you have breached these T&C. In the event of such suspension or termination, we will notify you by email and you must not seek to re-register on PH Website either directly or indirectly. Our rights under this clause are without prejudice to any other right or remedy we may have in this respect.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law: 

These T&C, any purchase transaction and any dispute arising out of or with respect to PH Website or in connection with these T&C including, but not limited to, matters related to their existence, validity, effectiveness, interpretation, performance, or completion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Fujairah and the federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable to the Emirate of Fujairah. And the courts of Fujairah shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such dispute.
