The truth is that civilization has a beginning and an end, or a completion. The beginning of civilization lies in the first act undertaken by a human being with will and awareness, aimed at enhancing their material or moral life. The culmination or completion of civilization is the full realization of the civilizational action, reaching the highest levels of both material and moral advancement.

It is true that primitive humans engaged in civilizational acts, but they did not form a civilization. From our perspective, the earliest civilizations were either nomadic or a combination of nomadic and agricultural. While we do not deny that the transition to agriculture represented a significant leap in civilization, it does not imply that the first civilization was purely agricultural. The transition to herding, domestication, and the use of tools for hunting, particularly in mining, also represented a qualitative shift in human life.
