The purpose of this book is to conceptualize what culture is and its meanings, as it is a study of what any state needs from culture and what culture requires from us and from states. This is considering the significant importance it holds in any development manifested in the life of individuals and society in vital fields with their social, anthropological, political, and economic systems. The individual’s affiliation to their environment and their loyalty to their community are linked to the extent of what they carry of their local culture, which guarantees them self-awareness and an understanding of the world around them, facilitating or hindering their communication with others.
